The terms of using SiteReady.

Welcome to SiteReady (a DBA of LUX Lighting Services LLC, "we" or "SiteReady"). By using this website (getsiteready.co) or signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

We design, build, host, and maintain websites for service businesses. Our service is offered in three tiers (Starter, Standard, Premium) described on our pricing page.

Specific terms for your individual project are documented in your signed service agreement, which controls in case of conflict with these general terms.

2. Acceptance

By using this site or our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

We work with service businesses (lawn care, pressure washing, pool service, fence install, tree service, gutter cleaning, junk removal, painters, handymen, mobile mechanics, locksmiths, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, mosquito control, irrigation, and similar trades).

We do not work with: restaurants, realtors, HOAs or property managers, healthcare or legal practices, or e-commerce stores.

You confirm that you are an authorized representative of the business you are inquiring about.

4. Payment

Pricing is shown on our pricing page and is current as of the "Last updated" date.

Specific terms for your project, including deposit amount, balance, care plan rate, and any payment plan structure, are in your individual service agreement.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

5. Care plan and out-of-scope work

Active customers are on a monthly care plan. Specific inclusions are in your service agreement and at our pricing page.

Edits under the care plan are limited to changes to existing content (text, photos, prices, hours, services, contact information).

Out-of-scope work is anything beyond edits to existing content, including new pages, redesigns, and e-commerce features. Out-of-scope work is billed at $75/hour in 30-minute increments ($37.50 minimum).

Note: even within your tier's stated page allowance, only the pages built during the original engagement are part of your initial scope. Pages added later are out-of-scope work, billed hourly.

6. Content you provide

When you submit information through our forms or as part of your project, you confirm:

• You have the right to use and share that information
• Photos are yours or properly licensed for the use you are authorizing
• Services and claims you describe are accurate
• You are the authorized owner or representative of your business

You retain ownership of all content you provide.

7. Content we produce

The site we build for you is yours. You own the code, content, and design specific to your business.

If you cancel your service, we deliver a clean code export within 5 business days, transfer Cloudflare admin access to you, and stop billing.

SiteReady retains the right to display your finished site as a portfolio piece on our examples page, including a screenshot, business name, industry, location, and tier, unless you specifically request takedown.

8. Domain ownership

Your domain is registered through Cloudflare Registrar in your name on your card. You are the legal owner. SiteReady is listed only as Technical Contact. If we end our service relationship, the domain stays with you.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel the care plan with 30 days written notice. Build payment plans (the 12-month financing option) are minimum-term commitments; details are in your agreement.

If we deem the service no longer viable (extended non-payment, breach, or hostile communication), we may end the service with 30 days written notice. The same code-export and domain-handover terms apply.

10. Liability limits

We deliver our service in good faith. We are not liable for:

• Business losses or lost revenue
• Downtime caused by third parties (Cloudflare, your domain registrar, payment processors)
• Content you publish on your site
• Claims arising from your business operations
• Search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes

Our total liability under these terms or your service agreement is capped at the amount you have paid SiteReady in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Intellectual property

The SiteReady name and design elements on getsiteready.co are ours. Once delivered, your site (built specifically for your business) is yours.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email and posted on getsiteready.co. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are first resolved by direct conversation. If unresolvable, the venue for legal disputes is Harris County, Texas.
