I grew up in Houston, inside the loop. Married, four kids, been running my own service business in this city since 2005. So when I say I know what your phone looks like at 7am on a Saturday, I mean it.
A while back I started building websites for other small operators around town. Most of you have a good business and a Google listing and that's about it. A solid little site costs less than you'd think and it helps people find you on a Saturday morning when they need a pressure wash, a load of concrete, or whatever it is you do.
So I figured I'd just build the site first and show it to you. If you like it, we'll talk. If you don't, no harm done. That's the whole thing.
SiteReady is what I do on the side. My main thing is still LUX Lighting Services: Christmas lighting through the holidays, landscape lighting, bistro lighting, and audio systems the rest of the year.

Your domain, your card, your name on the registration. If we ever part ways, you keep everything. I'll send you the files and walk away.
I have a system that lets me build your site quickly and put it in front of you at a preview link. I'm making a lot of educated guesses about your business at that stage. Once you've seen it, we go through it together and you call out the edits and tweaks. The final version is yours, not mine.
A short list, so we don't waste each other's time.
- Restaurants. Different beast, not my lane.
- Realtors. The MLS world has its own tools and I'm not them.
- HOAs and property managers. Different buyer, different cycle.
- Anything medical or legal. Regulated copy I'm not the right person to review.
- Online stores with checkout, inventory, shipping. A simple Stripe button is fine. A real store isn't what I do.
