How I handle your data.

SiteReady (a DBA of LUX Lighting Services LLC, "we" or "SiteReady") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

This policy applies to visitors and customers of getsiteready.co.

1. Information we collect

When you visit getsiteready.co: we collect basic analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views, country, referring site). This is privacy-friendly, cookieless, and contains no personal identifiers.

When you submit a form on our site: we collect what you submit, which may include your name, business name, contact information, services description, photos, and notes about your business. This information is stored in our Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail) accessible only to Carlos Castellano, owner of SiteReady.

When you become a customer: we collect what's needed to build, host, and maintain your site (services, photos, hours, addresses, testimonials), and what's needed to process payments through Stripe (billing name, billing email, payment method). We do not store credit card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data.

When you book a walkthrough: you schedule through our Google Calendar appointment page. Google receives your name, email, and time slot, and sends you a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link. We do not record or store the call.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, build and maintain your website, deliver the services in your agreement, send you transactional and service-related emails, process payments, and improve our service.

We do not sell your data, share it with marketing partners, or use it for purposes beyond what we describe in this policy.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate SiteReady. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe (payment processing): stripe.com/privacy
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar): policies.google.com/privacy
• Cloudflare (hosting, web analytics, domain registration): cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Web3Forms (legacy form processing, no longer in active use): web3forms.com/privacy

If we use a digital signing service for your service agreement, that service has its own privacy policy and we will identify it to you at signing.

4. Cookies

Our site does not set cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. If you click a link from our site to a Google service (Calendar booking page or similar), those services may set cookies under their own policies.

5. Data retention

We retain customer records for the duration of your active service plus 7 years after the end of your service for tax and accounting purposes. Inactive prospect records are retained for 2 years from your last contact, then archived or deleted on request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (where not required for tax or legal reasons)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication (we do not currently send marketing email)

Send any request to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
