for event businesses

Your website should take the booking. Not just show the party.

I build event businesses a website with the booking system built in. Customers price their own party, pick a date you actually have open, sign your agreement and pay the deposit online. You get an alert on your phone and the job is already on your calendar.

running right now

Two event businesses already book this way.

These aren't mockups. Both are live businesses, and the same system runs both of them behind the scenes, each in its own look.

The four-step quote builder on casaochoaevents.com: what, when and where, you, review
Casa Ochoa Events · Houston

Video guestbooks, pancake bars and paletas for parties

Families build a priced quote in four steps, in English or Spanish. The travel fee comes from the real drive to their venue, and the booking link they get lets them sign and pay the deposit in one step.

A mini pancake cart for parties and markets

The same quote builder in a different brand, plus a "find us" schedule that updates from the owner's calendar and a market register for cash and card sales at the booth.

You can click through either builder. Nothing is sent unless you finish the last step.

what it does

The tools behind the booking.

Customers price it themselves

A step-by-step quote builder with your packages, guest counts and add-ons. The price updates as they pick, so the request you get already has a budget, a date and a place on it.

Only open dates can be picked

Booked days and your time off close on their own. Nobody asks for a Saturday you've already sold, and you can cap how many events you take in a day.

The deposit holds the date

Customers open one private link, sign your agreement and pay the deposit by card or bank. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and the job, the signed agreement and the invoices are created in that same step.

The balance collects itself

Customers can split the balance into up to three automatic payments. They get a reminder three days before each one, and you hear about a declined card a day before the event, not at the door.

Your phone buzzes first

You get an alert the moment a request comes in, when a customer opens their quote and when a payment lands, so you can call while they're still looking at it.

One list of what needs you today

An owner app on your phone with every request, quote, job and payment in one place. Anything that needs you shows up on today's list, and a morning alert tells you what to do first.

Follow-ups that don't forget

Open quotes get followed up, past customers get a "same time next year" note, and every event ends with a review request. You decide which ones run.

You change your own prices

Packages, prices, deposit rules and your agreement live in your settings. Change them there and the website updates, and your recent versions are kept in case you want one back.

how it works

You see it working before you pay for it.

1. A 30-minute call

You walk me through how a booking happens today, from the first message to the last payment. Tell me which tools below you'd want.

2. I build it on a preview

Your site with your packages, prices and agreement, on a private link. You book a fake party as a customer and run it as the owner.

3. It goes live on your domain

Once you approve it, it moves to your domain and your own Stripe account. Changes after that are part of the monthly plan.

This is more than a website, so it's priced per business after the call: a one-time setup plus a monthly plan that covers hosting, the tools, updates and changes. Customer payments go straight to your own Stripe account. I never hold your money.

why me
Carlos Castellano, owner of SiteReady

I built these for my own family's businesses first.

I've run a holiday lighting company in Houston since 2005, and my sister runs Casa Ochoa Events and Mini Stack Bros. Everything on this page was built for those businesses first, around deposits, double bookings, unpaid balances and Saturday mornings that start with a dozen texts.

You get the same tools, set up around your packages and your prices, and you see them working before you decide anything.
